Dictionary Poem
April 21, 2008
In Loving Memory
In great solemnity
They gather
Seven in a circle
Heads bend, hands clasp
Together
Amidst a quagmire of shadow
No words here only
Asphyxiated silence
Sacrosanct
They shake and sway
Heads bent, hands clasped
Together
They ruminate, remember
The stiff and bloated form
Entombed within a dilapidated shoebox
Someone unsheathes a spade
Its glint a finale farewell
Upon daylights return
The only trace of the midnight funeral
A white stone in the middle of the sandbox
Its surface marked in red crayola
A large and awkward epitaph
Here lies Whiskers
Father
Friend
Rat

So I finally got my birthday present from last year. *ok I finally made up my mind and picked it out--it's not my fault I'm fickle & indecisive *It's a Pentax digital SLR camera. His name is Asahel
I'm still figuring him out but I'm sooo excited/relieved to have a camera now. It's been awhile *too damn long*.
And my birthday prezie from this year is an intuos 3 tablet *I have to wear a bib when I use it due to all the salivating* she's a beaut she is... I have named her Eavan *EE-VAHN* La Faye
Oh and I found a new Hindi movie that's fascinating Eklavya: The Royal Gaurd...though I need to watch it with sub titles. However, sometimes things are better when you have no idea what's being said...it makes you focus more on tone and body language.
The film's soundtrack is lovely. I highly recommend you have a listen to Chanda Re (the moon song) which I currently have on repeat. It's a refreshing breeze...and makes me nostalgic for my childhood.

Well I've had this journal for god knows how long and I've finally decided to use it...
Not to talk about myself, rather as a dumping ground for all my fan-art, icons or fic.
